German language

Wile driving to work this week the mmi car computer crashed and rebooted itself in German. Does anyone know where to start with restoring it. It's particularly annoying, and I can't navigate the menu to work out where to go to put it right! Thanks in advance

I think the MMI 2G had a habit of doing this the odd time.

Do you have the SD or HDD system fitted so someone can guide you through to changing the language back?

It's the basic version with two sd card slots

Just tried this out so here goes...

Press the Menu button, then top right function button 'Setup MMI', then select the first option 'Menusprache'. English should be second in the list, then press the centre button.
