55 Reg A6 and Blackberry 8100

Hi

I just got a new BB 8100. It pairs nicely with my Audi A6, but is there a way to configure the A6 MMS system to display numbers, etc on the MMS display? I have a telephone display, but it just says "Telephone not installed." Can anyone help?

Further to this, I found a possible solution on this forum. I went to Options>Bluetooth>Menu button>Transfer Address book, but when I selected this option, I got a message advising the system couldn't find the "push server." Does anyone know what this is and how to activate it?
