Strange gurgle from dsah

When I start the car I can hear a strange gurgle/ liquid in hose noise which sounds like it's coming from under the dash? If I give it a little rev I can hear it but not on idle. Car is A 51 plate passat estate sport tdi.

Done a bit of googling and sounds like it could be air in the heater. Will have a look at bleeding I think.

mine does this even just turning on the ignition , which leads me to think its the abs system and not water ????????
