Immob Problems

Hello Im Danny, Im a newbie be gentle lol.

Had problems with my 1996 a4, the Immob light keeps flashing, would let me start the car, if I took it off batterey at first but wont now, Had new keys done and coded, but the reader isnt picking it up, the coil one around the barrel.

Any ideas what I could do? Heard they can come loose?

Any help would be great. as cars stuck where it is,

Alright mate i had exactly the same problem wiv my 96 a4.
I got told the keys all the rest ov the expensive solutions,But in the end i got it sorted by my mates mate at a garage by knocking the immobilizer out through the E.C.U.My car started first time every time since.

that worked for me for a while, then i used electrical contact cleaner from Halfords on the connector to the reader pickup, its worked like a dream since:D
