2012 wing mirror damage to fix

Hi everyone

My wife had a gentle discussion with another car's wing mirror!

Damage as follows:
- indicator lens smashed
- mirror surround/frame chipped (where the lens meets it there is a 1 cm chunk missing
- the non painted part under the mirror has a large scuff mark

Luckily, the painted part is undamaged, as is the mirror itself, and all motors are working.

The car is leased, so I need to fix all of it...

Lots of questions sorry:

Do you have any guidance on how easy this would be to do myself?
Has anyone removed the mirror themselves?
Do you know if the surround and lower plastic is available to buy separately.
Any idea whether scuff marks can buff out of the plastic? (it's a biggy, but there isn't any deep scratches)
