3C Passat Kessy system fault

Hi all having trouble with a 3C Passat, when parked up over night the windows come down by them selves and the auto lights turn on as if youve just opend the vehicle with the remote. There are no fault codes stored and battery connections tight, the only problem i have found is when the keyless entry is used key in your pocket all doors will open correctly part from the passenger front door, which wont activate when touched by hand-but key remote opens the door puzzled. Dont know if the two faults are liked.
