Continental Driving - Adjustment of Lights

On my Passat B5 there was a switch (behind the headlamps) to adjust for continental driving.
On my (present) Passat B6 I have the VW stick-on converters.
My question is, what is the system for the various light systems on the B7?
I have an idea that the Gas discharge system (Bi-xeon) does not require any adjustment as it is automatic. Am I correct?

Im pretty sure you need to enable the tourist mode in vcds for the xenon lamps.

There may be that option via the lighting menu in cars MFD also.
