Clicking clutch pedal

Following on from my previous thread, my car has decided to annoy me with another noise now! The pedal is making a really loud clicking noise! Does anyone have any ideas to solve it? I only had a new one fitted a couple of months ago. Would it be fair enough to take it back to the garage to have a look, or is the pedal nothing to do with the parts disturbed when changing a clutch? I had the same issue, turned out to be the carpet getting caught! Have a good look at the top of the pedal could be the same thing
