Spent a few hours swapping the wheels over on the new B8 today and gave it a bit of a clean. Quite happy with it now but will be adding spacers next month to improve the fitment. Its currently ET45 all round and I think ET33 front and ET30 rear should get it sitting better.

anyway, here's the pics :)

Very nice!

Bet you're the only B8 owner with that setup.

Pity you still can't drive it! :naughty:

Now im inspired! Mines the same colour as yours allthough a saloon, and Ive looked at a few different wheels, and none have caught my eye, until now!

I am planning on painting the calipers when the weather is a little warmer, although unsure what colour yet.

Looks very nice mate!

PMSL thanks Chris! Yeah, only 4 months and 4 weeks to go but who's counting!

Was going through the B8 pics that I've saved over the last couple of years and can only find a couple of US cars on these rims so it is fairly unique now - although this style of rim has been done to death on the VAG scene in general!

thanks, DD. they do look good.. I'm just not sure i want to keep them on there and might change later for something a bit more OEM. Time will tell.

would look damn good on a saloon too! :)

The BBS do look great on VAG cars- difficult to keep clean though!

There is an OEM BBS wheel for the B8, not seen many about though

It's like spot the difference, the black fence/gate/door has gained some moss along the bottom right hand corner :D

Well spotted, atleast the weeds have been pulled up from the B7 pic. We need a new forum section for the green fingered petrol heads.

The B7 shot was from last summer hence the dead dry grass and the B8 was Sunday hence nice green wet grass and dead (not removed) weeds!

I shall have a look through my pics and see if I have anything else to offer you 'spot the difference' lovers - how about a where's wally? lol

Sig updated lol!

So I'm now beginning to wonder about offsets... My original plan was to buy 12 and 15mm spacers from the TT shop as they do a complete kit with longer bolts (inc. locking) but reading audizine it seems that et38 front and et33 rear is about as far as you can push out a 8.5" rim.

the 12 and 15mm set up would leave me with et33 front and et30 rear...
