a6 1.8t engine code awt kwp-1281 wont idle after tba

hi all, my a6 wont idle after i removed the throttle body and cleaned it and the intake temp sender. it starts then idles poorly few a few seconds after starting then cuts out. if i hold my foot on the throttle it will stay running but as soon as i let off it cuts out again any ideas?

ive just disconnected the maf it looks like it might be a pattern part it dosnt say bosch on it anywhere. it started up and idled perfectly straight away hopefully thats the cause should i buy a new maf?

sorry forgot to mention i had adapted the throttle body after cleaning it, got a factory exchange bosch maf from a motor factor and it sorted it out.
car runs ok now idles perfect, im still getting a a catalyst fault code so far twice in 200 miles code 16804 bank 1 efficiency below threshold. is it possible the fault maf has killed my cat?
