CD Changer, would it work

Just noticed in another thread that blaupunkt make the GAMMA unit that I took out when I put my blaupunkt mp56 head unit in. Does this mean that the In dash 6 CD changer would work with my head unit ? the plug from the changer fits in the back of my head unit.

Just dug out the pin assingments for the head unit and changer they are

For Cd Changer

13 Data in
14 Data out
15 Clock
16 +UB
17 sw + (ignition ?)
18 GND
19 Line L
20 Line R

And for my MP56

13 Data in
14 Data out
15 +12 permanent
16 + 12 ignition
17 Bus GND
18 AF/GND
19 Line L
20 Line R

So it would seem that a bit of rewiring would (maybe) get it to work, any ideas what +UB and clock are and which ground to use ?
