Hi,

I saw the inside of a Golf GT yesterday, looks really good but am not too keen on the alcantara seats.

Apart from leather, the online configurator does not show any other options for the GT.

However, I have found some pictures online (French Golf carat, probably equivalent to GT) showing something like leather side and normal fabric in the middle (like the A3 S-line seats), as well as the white stitching for the GT.

Does anybody know if those are available in the UK?

Thanks,
Seb

Not offered in the UK, shame as they look excellent are probably quite sensibly priced compared to full leather.

I see all the switch gear is now white, not just the dials, shame I still like the Blue and Red

That looks to me like the Ergoactive back friendly seat, which is currently not available in the UK:

I think you are right: they look like the Ergoactive seats.
I can only assume that VW does not offer them in the UK because of right-hand drive differences and low expected demand...
Shame, because they look very nice, and probably a lot more durable than alcantara.

I have the Alcantara seats in my Mk.6, and they are still in perfect condition. The car is coming up to 4 years old, and there are no signs of wear on the seats at all.
