2004 Polo - Split Rear Seat Available?

My daughter has a 54 plate Polo 1.2. A treasured family heirloom that she is reluctant to part with. Impending motherhood means that the boot is too small (by an inch) for the chosen pushchair to fit in. Folding the rear seat doesn't help, because we have no way to disable the front passenger airbag and stick a baby seat in beside the driver.

So................. was a split folding rear seat ever available? If so, are they going to be common in bone yards or as rare as hens' teeth?

My housemate has an 04 plate Polo with the split seat. Not sure if there are any with the proper middle seatbelt though, which arrived sometime around then.
