I have a problem with the airflow flap problem, which sits underneath the glove box on the passenger side. The clicking noise starts when the flap moves position, for e.g from the climate control being on (flap is horizontal) - climate control turned off (flap moves from horizontal position to vertical), this is when it gets stuck half way up on the way to vertical.
Please help whats the solution?
