Hi Mark,

I've just installed a Kufatec Fiscon Audi Basic Plus bluetooth unit to my head unit (large screen with drop down screen and satnav built in). The Radio unit still says phone not installed when I press phone on head unit even though my phone is paired in and I can dial out and speak via roof mounted mic and the music mutes, the persons voice comes through the stereo system. I cant use steering wheel controls or answer incoming call though.

Looking on net it looks like i need to connect VAG-COM and go in to instruments, radio (56) and change some numbers so the radio knows it's there and it enables steering wheel buttons.

Is this something you know about/can code in for a few beers or some sort of payment?

Newbie could do with a little help please
I have a mk5 golf gt tdi 2008

I changed the upper central air vent and unplugged the passenger airbag light without disconnecting the battery which has meant airbag fault showing on the dash

Could reset this for me please
