Merry Christmas all . On my cars NCT report from last week I noticed that my front suspension test had readings of 37mm both sides , so all good there . On the rear the readings where 67 and 65 , this gives an imbalance of less then 30% so the car passed . I find the car to feel unstable sometimes , and think its from the rear , I suspect the rear shocks are ****** and I think the NCT readings back this up . What do you guys think ? I did a bounce test , but this seams ok , but its not very accurate .

fit a pair of new rear shocks and see how it feels then. they do deteriorate over time in such a way as you don't notice. a bounce test will only really show a truly knacked shock though. give them a good look over and see if there is any trace of oil that could have leaked out. if there is, its a sure sign they should be replaced.
