Hi,

Im looking to buy a S5 within the next couple off weeks, i quiet like them , but as i have been a bmw fan i dont really know much about audis.

I just wanted to ask a few things before i go futher and start viewing them etc ,

Is the s5 quiet a expensive car to maintain?

Is it a car that i am just going to keep throwing money at?

Also is there any common probs or anything to look out and expect?

The ones that im looking at are going to be around a 2008 with around 60k on them

if anyone can get back to me i would appriciate it

many thanks and merry christmas and a happy new year !

Thanks

What car do you currently drive?

Is this intended to be a weekend pleasure car or a daily?

What's your budget?

Hi,

At the moment i drive a bmw e46 325i as i wanted a cheap runner for a couple of months,
BUT i have had my fair share f cars i have had bmw's 330d, 730d, 118d, 335d, 520d, 645 ci, list goes on. i have had a couple of lancer evo's a subaru sti,and the only audi i have ever had is a b7 avant cvt .

I want a car that i can use everyday but have some power and noise too when needed ( i want to put a milltek on it if i get one)

limit is around 20k,

You should be able to get a nice one, you are not scraping the barrel with 20k.

They are an ace looking car but are heavy on the fuel from what I have read - but with an engine of that size & power, it's not really a surprise.

I'd love one for my next car but I do 20k miles a year and it would clean me out.
