Rear screen washer

Is the rear screen washer fed from the main tank under the bonnet? Mine has gone a bit lame, which could be blocked jets I suppose, but I just wanted to be sure its getting a water supply before I go nicking one of the missus' needles :biglaugh:

I am pretty sure they are, the A6 Avant is prone to the pipe in the boot that goes to the rear washer splitting where it is joined. Check that you don't have any wet areas in the boot.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll have a look, but the boot was as dry as a bone when I was in there earlier today; there is water coming out, its just a bit on the limp side if you know what I mean - I end up with a six inch high clean arc at the bottom of the screen, and the remainder above just gets smeared.

It's not the most powerful, possibly due to the distance from the pump. Mine's the same, albeit it covers a bit more.
