Passat B5.5 Passenger Door Replacement

Can anyone help with removing the passenger door on a passat? My door has a huge dent and I've managed to bag a new door (same paint code) for £20.

Just need to know how to remove the old one now!

I know the wiring plugs are just inside the rubber gaiter, so peel back rubber gaiter and disconnect. The top hinge is dealt with, by removing the nut on the underside of the hinge pin. I believe the bottom hinge is split into 2 halves. Remove the torx head bolt from the bottom half of the hinge where it attaches to the DOOR. the door should now be able to be lifted clear.
Hopefully the donor door will have the same hinge parts still attached and will drop straight in??
