Bluetooth Function

Hello all,

I just got a VW Passat SE 2011 which comes with telephone bluetooth function but it is not enabled. The dealer does not have an idea on how to get this function working.

Please how can i get it enabled? Do i need to buy and adaptor or something of that sort? If i have to, where can i order this from?

I have a 61 SE & also wanted bluetooth, in my case for music streaming
After some research I discovered that mine doesn't work because there is no module fitted (it lives in a box velcroed to the floor under the front seat.

I need to ask the dealer, but I suspect that (despite the presence of phone icons & support in the music systems) bluetooth & the accompanying module are extras.

Unless someone stole mine!
