Front Undertray

My Passat estate recently broke the front undertray and it's £128 ish to replace it? :( Do I really need a new one?

There is some debate as to whether it is necessary or not, I lost mine in the snow earlier this year.

The only thing I can fault them on is email response.......maybe better to phone them.

I got a reply in a matter of hours yesterday. I think they had a backlog of email after a lot of bank holidays and forum coverage. It seems to be back to normal now though.
