Engine Workshop Fault 2.5tdi

Hi guys.

VW Touareg 2.5tdi 08

Wondering if any of you guys could help me out, or have knowledge of what the problem could be for my car.

I'm pretty sure you guys will have heard this scenario before. Was driving on the motorway when my Touareg went into limp mode and displayed 'Engine Workshop Fault'. I turned the car off and back on again and all seemed fine.

Also when I start the car up in the morning's sometimes it feels like its struggling to start and when I'm driving it, it sometimes misfires.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to have the stored fault codes retreieved and pasted here, then reset them and see if any are registered again.
- otherwise it would be just useless guessing, could be 101 different things.
