Polo 9N Can-bus or Not Canbus?

Quick question :)
Will a Polo 9N 2005 plate use can-bus or not? for lighting

According to Rosstech in this quote they refer to the CAN gateway so I can only assume it is.

Special Notes

Replacing
When replacing the Central Electronics control module make sure to transfer to CAN-Gateway (#19) Coding as well since this is part of the Central Electronics Control Module.

If you look here http://www.vwaudiforum.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?131631-2002-9N-Polo you will see the vcds scan picking up a can gateway module.

emmm... I thought the can gateway was a different thing though, from can-bus for lighting?
When I do a scan in vcds when you try and do auto detect, it says it can't cause "Can" not detected, but as said thought can-bus for lighting was different :/

Pretty sure the Polo and Fabia etc are still not true CANBUS
