Had all the same codes when my crankcase breather pipe split.

Did you clear the codes and readapt the throttle after cleaning?

If so id say its a different split pipe.

I had nearly the same problem, your 3 first faultcodes.
I changed maf, llm fixed the crank breath, checked for leaks and cleand trottle body and readapt without luck. When i changed the trottle body to a new one i solved all problem. The strange thing is that i had no faultcode on the trottle body. If you have the possibility try to borrow another trottlebody and test to swap.
