Interior chrome pack - scratches

My car has the interior chrome pack, and some of the inlays have scratches on them - is there any way these can be resolved/polished out?

Obviously a different model, but AS400 replaced his recently and detailed the prices in the thread. There are some how-to pics from Chris too. Towards the last page of the thread there's another idea for them too -wrapping them. May provide you with a couple of options anyway.
