Here is an annoying one, if you own one of the following, just pray your clutch master cylinder or clutch pedal travel/starter lock out switch does not fail.
A4 8E quattro 2008>2012
A4 2013 onwards
A5 all
A6 2011 onwards
Q5 all
I have a nice new customer with a 2008 S5 that will not start due to the pedal sensor being faulty. Easy I thought, went to order a new master cylinder which has the switch attached and the thing is on back order with no release date!
