Have child seat fitted in the rear with Isofix... have put a blanket down for now to stop wear on leather until I think about getting something else. Aside from putting passenger seat so close to the dash your nose is touching it... anyone fitted a 'nice' looking cover/seat protector to stop the dirty footprints? Could always take the shoes off, but that seems a bit OCD!

VW do a Child Seat Protective Underlay to go under the child seat. The part number is 000 019 819 in the accessory brochure for the Passat. Dont know if it is a vehicle specific fitting for each model or not. Price is £35 and can be used with ISOFIX seats.

Shoes off for me if they are covered in mud!! If not, it wipes off ok.

I could do with some sort of protective bottom cover, thinking of getting some foam and cutting it to size as the seats are isofix so can't slide.

Hi Shelby,
Was in Mothercare today looking for a child seat for our grandson and noticed that they have a 2pack seatback protector for £7.99. It has a strap that goes over the front headrest and another that fixes around the base of the seat. The code number is R3989. Hope this might fit the bill for you.
Dave.
