lowering the front of a T4

Hi does any one know whats the save amount you can lower the frot of a T4 wwith just useing the tenshion bars in the middle? i have undone them down so i can only fit 3 fingers between the weel and arch is this to low and may cause damage?
Any info would help thanks

one more quick thing, i have given my van a oil change but the dash keeps telling me to service the oil does any one know how to reset this,
