Hi

How do i remove the plastic inserts for the rear headrests? do they "just" pull out or turn and pull?

Also can anyone tell me what the seat airbag wires do, is it (retro fitting into another model)

Black - earth?
Blue - power to activate airbag??

Sorted the rear seats - push the seat down exposing the top 1/2" of the headrest plastic insert, then push the locating lug in and they then pull straight out.

Still would like to know about the airbag wires

The car i want to fit them into has got 3 wires, 1 earth & 2 from the airbag control unit.
I'm wondering if they will be compatible now, or if they will light up the warning lamp on the dash??

FYI

Both the Black & Blue wires come from the airbag control unit, there is no earth on them, unlike some in th VAG range.
