3x3 rear seat belts..what year?

Hi, could anyone tell me what year they introduced the 3x 3point rear seat belts in the 2002-2004 tdi sport.

I thought they all had. I have a late 2003 with 3 rear belts. I think the middle is just a lap but would need to check. I don't sit in the back!

Hi kite, sorry i meant the middle belt that is 3 point as opossed to a lap belt.
