Audi A4 1.9tdi 55 Plate Grey Smoke need help

when you top it up with water the car gives out grey smoke drive it 8 to 10 miles (distance) its starts missing slightly and the water light comes on grey smoke finish ask 4 more water and the oil cooler (http://shop.ebay.co.uk/?_nkw=oil+cooler) has been checked n new head casket has been fitted

Thanks pal for the quick reply and is defant that the EGR cooler has caused the grey smoke or is any other part that might have a fault

If the head gasket is good the only other part I can think of is the EGR cooler, cut off the water supply temporarily and see if the problem stops.
