Estate Boot Issue

Hi All

Had my new estate sport 170 delived on Friday and nether the keyfob boot release or the drivers door switch work! The handle on the boot inself work though, any ideas?

Have you:

Double pressed the normal open button on the remote?

or

Held the remote tailgate button for about 3 seconds?
