Canbus version

Hi,
new member here.
Recently acquired a Touareg, first registered November 2007, Model Year 2008.
It's got an RNS510 and I intend to upgrade the firmware to 3810 and the maps to V8.
I have researched and read hundreds of posting on this subject, bit I'd just like to confirm something.
The following is the output from VCDS:

I believe this means the Canbus version is "Q", and it will not suffer from the battery drain problem?

Did you get any further with this? I had a similar problem with battery drain but this was due to a Dension Gateway kit that was fitted.
