Power output Question

Hi guys,
Can someone tell me what is power output on 2006 A6 2.7TDI Quattro with auto gearbox,please?
Also what is the remapping possibilities for this engine (power remap I mean) and how much cash it will cost me ?
Other thing is quite noticeable turbo lag in hot weather-which never happens on cold mornings.So I'm looking to get engine diagnosed somewhere locally,what diagnostic tools/equipment garage must be in possession of to perform this task successfully?

Have a look in the Sponsor section, we have a few remapping companies on board who would be happy to answer your question most likely via PM.

For a true diagnosis they should use VCDS as this is what most specialist independents will have.

Hi there. I would have replied ealier but been on holiday.
Did you manage to get your car diagnosed & is it all working correctly now?
In terms of power increase from a remap, we normally see around 40-45bhp and 85-95Nm torque.
I'm located in medway in Kent which is around 2hours away if I can be of any help to you.

Didn't get around to diagnose engine-was thinking about taking Chip-n-Spins offer for remap and Dyno runs in the end of September but sadly enough air con has packed up last week,so remap needs to be postponed for some time.
