First Audi, b6 a4 avant

Hi everyone had the car a week or so now, sorted a couple of problems already with help from the forum, such as glove box hinge and arm rest catch, also bought a thermostat from Audi today to hopefully sort the temperature problem out. Anyway enough waffle:

It's the 1.9 tdi 130, even with the temperature issue the DIS is saying avg 55 mpg so can't complain with that

Common on vag temp sensors and thermostats.I want to do a bit of body kit on mine when I get one.

130 bhp is good, are keeping it standard or gonna map it?

I don't know I've come from a petrol 1.6 focus so it feels fast to me already! Just want to enjoy it and get it running perfect for now but definitely not discounting it, have you had much experience of remapping them?

No experience with diesel mapping but I had 2 volvo t5 engines mapped and feels a totally different car also ander normal driving should give better mpg.

Thanks for the link Chris, it is very tempting will probably wait till i need to replace the clutch as it is a little high and then if all is good will more than likely look in to it seriously.
