Reading boost pressure

morning all,
im trying to read the boost pressure of an a4 but dont know how to do it! ive always wondered how and what group, just never had to do it.
the car is completly dying in power when doing speeds of around 70mph.
im thinking maybe its a fuel delivery problem instead of boost pressure.

any replies are a plus
