Rear wiper fault

Hi all
I have now noticed that my rear wiper will stop anywere on the rear screen when on intermitant, on wash its ok.
Is there a relay or could be the rear motor.
Any ideas ??

Mine did a similar thing, I put up with it until it finally stopped, took the motor/gearbox apart etc and greased it up and everything was fine and dandy again :)
Although I have now removed it as I prefer the look without :) so all the faffing about greasing ended up being pointless!
