MMI Nabigation SD Card problems

Hi, I hope you could help me.

i bought the A6 avant SE, reg March 2012, with standard MMI sat Nav Sd card. Audi gives the option to change the language, and this is great. However, changing it to french (you will now understand where I come from), The sat Nav Voice gives incorrect indications on which road to go to, more specially A roads (Exemple: after 200yards, turn right on A205205, instead of saying A205). This is absolutely mad ! I went to my local Audi garage in London Dulwich. Having the latest firmware version and sd card version, there is nothing they can do !. what a poor service from Audi. So disappointed. I have sent them an email. But do you have any idea ?

If you run the route in demo mode it will show your route error then simply show the dealer who can forward onto the map provider

The maps will be compiled by either navteq or teleatlas

You can contact each provider to inform them of the error for future updates
