Multitronic updates

Apologies if subject has been raised before......I understand there are recent updates to this transmission. ? They are said to be in production, but what about updates in the field ?

I have a 10-plate ( 35k miles ) with poor reverse drive take up at first start especially up an incline and moreso with front wheels on lock. Particularly noticeable in cold weather ( frost ).

Great transmission but spoiled by the above.

Would appreciate any info / advice.
