Hi there,hope your all well. Can anyone tell me if it's poss to convert the seatbelts in the back of a mk1 cabrio from lap belts to normal ones? I'm going to have to sell mine if it can't be done! The wife's pregnant and lap belts & kids seats don't mix!!! So,if you can,please help!!

Sorry, don't know.

You don't hear that much about cabrios on here so don't expect an imediate reply,however I'm sure someone will be along soon who'll answer the question.

Unitl then though as a rough guide, I'd have a look on the car and see if there are any anchor point high up at the back where the bolts would go. You may have to move some trim to have a proper look.
