Bora engine cutting out

I have a 2000 Bora 2.0 SE auto. The problem I have is that the engine is cutting out intermittently without warning, followed by a 'Goto Emissions Workshop' message on the display. The car will not start immediately after the cut-out, but have to leave it for 15-20 mins before it will start again. The car has just passed it's MOT and the CAT was replaced.

Any help will be very much appreciated.
