Another Newbie Saying Hi

Hi My name is Pete, I live in rural Herefordshire, with my wife and 2 kids and dopy dog. We have a 2001 A2 , and a 2006 A6. Were a bit sad as they're both black.
Will need help on solving problems with the A2.
