MMI and Radio not working

Hi lads

I have a problem with the radio and MMI on my 08 A4. The radio is not working even though there is power to it and the main MMI screen is not working it is blank. the controls for the MMI are on the radio so would i be right in saying that the screen is powered from the radio. I am looking to know if it is the radio is at fault or if it is somthing more. Is there anyone else who has had the same problem or knows what is wrong.

Just to follow up to this it was the radio after all so when i changed it everything is ok again.

Hi Brian, I'm having the same problem here, the display is blank, and all the stereo button don't work, did you buy another stereo or what did you do?

I would advise getting someone to plug a laptop in and see what codes are thrown up

That may shed more light on the issue

Already did and nothing, i don't know if it has anything to you that I had to change the battery
