Alhambra leaking, water in clock.

As the title, 99 Alhambra, water was dripping from the roof lining below the clock. Never seen this happen before, been raining pretty hard today and when I went out and got into the car noticed the dripping from the roof lining. I popped the clock out and dried out the water. I can only think the front window needs resealed. I don't have a sunroof and there's no aerial. Anyone have any ideas as to where the water is getting in.
