bottom intercooler hose blowing off - 2.0tdi

hi all

looking for some help for our 2005 A4 2.0tdi

the bottom turbo to intercooler hose keeps blowing off - i refit it and it comes off again usually within a couple of miles of normal driving

cant see anything obviously wrong that would cause this to happen.

hose appears fine, tightened clip up ok

drives fine, no smoke, funny noises, oil or coolant loss or any warning symbols on the dash.

Any ideas or views ?

It is common for the hose to wear on the barbed ends, for the clip to have broken and even for the intercooler outlet to have broken away, start by fitting a new hose and clip.
