MFD Service display

Hi
I have a 2006 A3 which has always been serviced on the variable/longlife style service.
When a service is completed what should be shown in the relevant section in the MFD in the dash board.
Currently it is just showing blanks in the days and miles till the next service. Is that right?

Have you had it serviced? It shows blanks until it calculates your driving style .. Usually 300 - 1000 miles before it registers

When I got my A3, it was just serviced by Audi and took 3.5k to register on the countdown :confused:

I believe too, when the reminder comes on, you will get a spanner beside the mileage but haven't experienced this yet.
