Help! Buying advice on A6 2.5TDi 2004

I'm about to buy my first Audi A6 Avant SE with the 2.5TDI engine.
The car is on a 53 plate and has about 54K on the clock and full Audi service history.
Its Full Black Buffalino Leather and Carbon Trim. Dual Zone Climate Control. Electric Seats. 6 Disc CD. Cruise Control. 17 inch 5 spoke alloys. Audi Boot Liner and Dog Guard

I have checked on the Glass guide and it was saying about £12000 for that car. Does that seems OK or the value is a bit low/high?

What else should I checked?

My advice is to remap it! I've just done my Dad's and a customers at the weekend and they fly. Seems like a good price.
