I have removed the two screws in the pull handles. Question: With the tailgate fully open, should I be pulling the lip of the trim outwards or downwards? In order to release the panel from the retaining clips I need to pull in the correct direction; at present I'm pulling in all directions and only succeding in bending the lip of the panel. Any suggestions? Thank you, Jonathon H.
