I've picked up a set of genuine Audi/BBS Speedlines from the 'bay. 19x9 rears, 19x8.5 fronts.
The tyres on them, 225/35/19 and 215/35/19 are somewhat stretched.
My questions is what tyres can I run without too much, if any stretch on the standard S-Line suspension?
I've had a search around and not found anything definitive, so any pointers would be much appreciated.

I have quattro version of your car.

I run 19inch RS6 alloys on 235 x 35 x 19.....all 4 tyres are the same size on my car.
You need to be careful with widths....235 is the widest you can go without spacers pushing the wheels out a bit.
I have stock S Line suspension....no problems with rubbing and I've had 4 people in the car and full steering lock

I've been thinking of using the ET42 19“ wheels from my A6 with this tyre size,so would be interested how it looks if you've got any closer pictures. Just concerned that the rims might become very vulnerable. I'm also toying with fitting some 245s to my 18“ wheels that have been used on another family car over winter. They're on ET45 wheels, but I know they will fit.
