Oil in coolant, is it head gasket?

I have oil in the engine coolant of my Fabia mpi, is it the head gasket or could it be anything else?

It could be a failed oil cooler.

A bit more information on the vehicle would probably assist with a diagnosis though.

Its a 1.4 mpi 51 reg , also noticed it drops revs when idle to 800 and then picks up again
